Introduction
The Point Foundation Flagship Scholarship provides financial assistance, professional development, and community support to LGBTQ+ students and allies who are pursuing undergraduate, graduate, or professional degrees at accredited colleges and universities in the United States.
Scholarship overview
Selected Flagship Scholars receive need-based funding, leadership and career development opportunities, and the backing of a network of fellow scholars and alumni.
Amount and duration
- Award size is determined by demonstrated financial need.
- The scholarship is renewable for up to four years.
- Scholarships begin in the fall 2026 academic term, with a maximum of four years of support.
Eligibility requirements
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.
- Full-time enrollment in a degree-seeking undergraduate, graduate, or professional program at an accredited, not-for-profit college or university in the United States.
- Demonstrated connection to and commitment to the LGBTQ+ community or as an ally.
- Previous Point Scholarship recipients must have exited their prior Point program in active standing.
- Applicants must be at least high school seniors.
